Distribution boxes are suitable for in- and outdoor areas. The boxes are available in different sizes and designs.
Application
The new doghouse (portable distribution system) is ideal for tradeshow and exhibitions where a large number of convenience receptacles are needed over a wide area. The feed thru feature allows multiple boxes to be placed along one feed so that receptacles can be easily placed wherever needed. Doghouses are also popular in live event and audio applications where multiple amplifiers, speakers and other audio components require power while positioned on a stage or other venues.
Features
The massive and high-quality enclosure made from PC/ ABS tested and certified according to IEC/EN 62208* provides a wide range of positive features. Such as high impact resistance and notched bar impact strength, high thermal stability, dielectric strength weather, UV and wear resistance, good insulation properties, and resistance against many chemical. The material used is free from cadmium, red phosphor and halogens (fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine and astatine).
Heavy-duty molded polyethylene enclosure is fully insulated and resistant to shock, impact and corrosion, preventing premature failure and minimizing equipment downtime
Compact design will save space while in use and allow for easier transportation when stowed
Choice of lightweight materials makes for a single-person lift at under 35 lbs.
Rounded edges will not damage tents and fabrics
Weather resistant, open-neutral GFCI protection helps prevent unsafe operation and nuisance tripping
